With this Volition natural gas convection oven, you get consistent results thanks to a specially designed and powerful 54,000 BTU burner and 1/2 HP two-speed blower. This ELITE single deck convection oven has all stainless steel construction, along with double pane thermal glass windows on the doors. Comes with BLACK legs with adjustable bullet feet, and a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection. The doors have an interlock switch that automatically turns both the fan and burners off when they open.
