This floor fryer has a peened stainless steel tank with smoothed out welds, as well as a stainless front, top ledge, and header. Safety is at the forefront of this design - a back-up safety high limit control shuts the fryer down if shortening exceeds the maximum temperature.

Specifications of the ELITE EDF-150N/P  Gas Fryer

The EDF-90N/P  Gas Fryer has a 65-70 lb. oil capacity and is a free standing floor style fryer. The EDF-150N/P  is a 150,000 BTU/hr input unit with three 30,000 BTU exchanger tubes with high heat baffles for maximum heat transfer. It also features a 1-1/4" full port ball type drain valve. Included with the fryer are twin nickel chrome wire mesh fry baskets with red plastic coated handles. Also included is an Robertshaw thermostat control that can be adjusted from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
