Commercial Gas Griddle with Manual Control | ELITE EFG18

A manual griddle differs from a thermostatic one in that it does not have a temperature sensor that will automatically increase the heat of the griddle surface. The 3/4" griddle provides superior even heat distribution due to its thickness. Comes with a 3-1/4" front grease trough, as well as a removable, easy-to-clean stainless grease pan.
