Featuring two independently operated baking chambers, the PS638G-2 utilizes Impingement PLUS!® technology, which circulates high-velocity heated air around food for faster, more even cooking than traditional deck ovens. This advanced airflow system helps reduce cook times while producing consistent results across a wide variety of menu items. The PS638 series also incorporates an Energy Management System (EMS) to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption during operation.

The spacious 65-inch conveyor belt and 38-inch baking chamber provide excellent throughput, making this oven perfect for high-volume production. In addition to pizza, it excels at baking sandwiches, wings, breadsticks, appetizers, flatbreads, cookies, and many other menu items. The removable crumb pans, air fingers, end panels, and folding conveyor assembly simplify routine cleaning and maintenance.
